Only a few days until the State Fair of Texas opens, and we couldn't be more excited! We have been testing lots of new recipes that we are planning on entering  - we will have them on our Lifestylist page after the fair.

As for something old, a few years ago they had Big Tex from the 50's on display - Big Tex you haven't aged a bit!
